1. Overview

AiAstroCall by Wildcatsmedia offers AI-powered astrology consultations, reports, and related digital services. By purchasing or booking any product or service, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. No Refunds Policy

Please note that all sales are final for processed services:

!Accessed Services: Once a consultation (call/chat) is started or credited to your account, no refunds will be issued.
!Digital Products: Once a report (PDF, audio, video) has been delivered or made available, it is non-refundable.
!Wallet Balances: Unused wallet balances are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Cancellation Rules

Scheduled Sessions

Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the start time can be reviewed for a credit adjustment.

Late Cancellations

Requests within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the full amount paid.

Technical Error Exceptions

In rare cases where a technical error prevented service delivery, you may contact support within 7 days with details (Order ID, screenshots). We may offer a credit at our discretion.
